The Institute for European Tort Law and the European Centre of Tort and Insurance Law cordially invite to the next ETL Lecture Series presentation:
The aim of the presentation is to examine the case of damages caused by artificial intelligence’s information from the perspective of the new product liability directive and the liability for damages caused by things from the Italian civil code. The lecture analyses in particular the issues surrounding the application of these liability rules to the information and suggestions directly generated by artificial intelligence.
The lecture is scheduled for 30 minutes, with an opportunity for discussion afterwards.
