Alexandra Kohl, Mag. iur.
Alexandra Kohl studied law at the Karl-Franzens University of Graz and already had the opportunity to work at the Institute for Civil Procedure and Insolvency Law and in a renowned law firm in Graz during her studies. From the very beginning, it was important to her to gain practical experience in addition to theory, which is why she completed internships and traineeships in a wide variety of legal fields. In the third stage of her studies, she focussed on practical courses and successfully completed several moot courts in various specialist areas. She was able to gain experience abroad through her work at the Foreign Trade Centre in Chicago, USA, as well as through language stays (Italy, Great Britain, USA).
After completing her court practice, the job advertisement at the Centre for European Private Law aroused her interest in research, which is why she returned to her alma mater and has been working as a project assistant at the ZEP since April 2024.
