Nick Mutterer, Mag. iur.
During his studies at the University of Graz, Nick Mutterer worked as a student assistant at the Institute for Civil Law and Civil Procedure Law. He also took part in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot - an experience that strengthened his enthusiasm for cross-border legal issues.
Today, he works as a university assistant at the Centre for European Private Law (ZEP) and is also involved in legal practice. As part of his dissertation, he is focussing on a comparative law topic and is actively involved in academic discourse. In addition to his research, he is particularly interested in teaching students civil law in a clear and practical way.
